Thank you for taking out time to reach us and sorry for your lost, We regret to know you’ve experienced such an issue and hardship where you try and make some trade and option to do investment trading and you end up running into loses with companies guilty of embezzling and depriving investors of their money and profits sadly that how the trading world is now it what it turned into but there a way out and that by you getting to recover all your lost funds back, your profits included and probably charge them with a lawsuit for Illegal Embezzlement of funds. Whitebit is a thief. When I logged into my account, they always sent me an email, but when a hacker logged in, they didn't notify me. Even when I complained about this, they just blocked my account and forced me to verify myself in a disgusting way. In the end, the support team didn't take any further action, but just gave me some advice. Now, I think Whitebit has the worst security measures.

Be aware before you invest on this exchange!
KYC failed without any valid reason and account blocked. I’ve over £25k in my account. I’ve been investing for years with WhiteBIT, my passport had just expired. So, went through KYC with my valid U.K. driving license.
Rejected and blocked my account, holding all my money. Very questionable what their intentions are.

I really love WhiteBIT. Both website and mobile app are so convenient, and it's a please design, fast work. The most profitable staking, I've had a lot of staking plans for USDT up to 30% annually. That's much better than Binance with their 6-8%. Low commissions, comfortable to use at all. But I wish they to add Faster Payments and £ GBP, so it would be easier to top up your account in the UK. Also, the p2p exchange is not so popular, so they need to invest and develop it a bit. All the rest - WhiteBIT is best!
