KuCoin has no managers, customer service is handled by an Indian call center, and if you need help with futures, they tell you to wait for an email in 24 hours... However, after 24 hours, nothing happens. Support do not understand English and are not competent in trade at all...

Being a user of the Kucoin exchange for 3 years, I can conclude that it is a stupid exchange run by cowardly criminals who every day find new ways to steal 1% here, 3% there of your hard-earned profits. I finally gave up on Kucoin when I noticed huge discrepancies while trading futures, contacted support and asked why. After a 20-minute pause, the support staff refused to answer my question and simply sent me a link to the rates page. On average, they take 6%, but they write that they take 0.02 and 0.06. I do not recommend this criminal exchange at all.

Very bad experience with customer service. They warned me to withdraw my 'credits' e-coins as are no longer supported as from April 28. I tried to withdraw them and transfer them to my ledger account. Normal a simple procedure, however it didn't work. After numerous e-mails, no respons! They claim to respond within 24 hours. No way! Never do business with them.

Unable to withdraw money, sent documents, they continue to say documents are not good, continue to have crazy requests, i think i'm in bad joke.STAY AWAY, don't put your money in as you will not be able to get it out.

KuCoin. support number Dail Now +1858-771~877O. i was not able to send my coins from my wallet then i contacted KuCoin helpline and get the assistance and they not only fix my issues . their staff are so cooprative and helpful.
