I cannot adequately express my deep disappointment with this broker. Their refusal to process my withdrawal has left me furious and thoroughly dissatisfied. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, as I was unable to retrieve my funds. Great platform only issue is difficulties to withdraw as at first verification funds were requested then now request for additional activity is required prior withdraw. Not really clear to understand why. Customer service is not that helpfull as it filters and give standard reply. Would prefer to receive proper answer and explanations.

Please never trust your asset with this fraudulent app cuz I made transaction from their exchange to another exchange and never seen 8n the other exchange and I have contacted their help center they said there is nothing to do to it because I need my coin,I will never recommend this app scammer everywhere
