I recently created an account on the Kraken exchange. After trying to buy cryptocurrency, my transaction was rejected and Kraken closed my account without explanation and they will not allow me to trade on their platform. Very sad and unpleasant

My account has been locked for several weeks now and all my assets are permanently tied to them. Contacts are not answering my calls and emails. And the support staff always respond only with a pre-written note that they will contact me as soon as possible. I am in a desperate state. Maybe they will finally see my negative comment and start doing something
