One of the worst run companies I've run into in all my days. Customer service is literally non-existent. The most constructive thing they do is send you links to website FAQ pages. They'll ignore any question that falls outside the FAQ. Unexplained account changes, website glitches, verification issues, you name it. Stay away if you want your money to be safe. Absolutely horrendous.

I understand that Coinbase is going through changes but reading these reviews for the past month is not good. I was watching the basketball finals the other day and I noticed Coinbase logo all over the court. Interesting. I would assume that this platform was really good. I have encountered a problem when I first signed up but that is in the past. But now, I would like to be able to e-transfer money into my account like Shake Pay. That would be a good improvement.

The worst experience of my life in crypto they closed my account for a belief that I may have broken a term lol. I have not!! Never ever again. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE BLACK PLAGUE!!! Take all your money off these platform. You will never get kind again!!!

Lost all my XRP randomly and every time I contact customer service I get the same Copy & paste response talking about the lawsuit going on with ripple labs. But never anything about where my missing crypto went.

The customer service sucks. The send it to India and you get what you pay for. I have a balance issue and he does not even know how to help. I am moving everything to another platform. Indian customer service SUCKS. Fire them.
