After seeing the advert, I was intrigued by this exchange. As soon as I checked the reviews on Trustpilot and saw that they were mostly negative. My first impression was spoilt. I am not going to use this exchange. Period!

Rubbish app! Easily lets you deposit but extremely difficult to withdraw money into your own bank account or do an internal transfer. I have emailed them twice stating that my account won’t let me make any internal transfers as it’s saying I have reached my limit however I haven’t even managed to withdraw yet and my account doesn’t have a limit in it!! They responded to one of my emails stating they resolved it which they haven’t! Plus when I try looking for a customer care number or a chat icon on the app there is none! crap! Don’t waste your time people

It seems that people come here to write only negative reviews. I have been actively using the platform for about 6 months and have not had any bad experiences so far. The user interface is a bit confusing for me and that's why I rate it 4 stars

I've been using this exchange for many years and have never had any issues. It has been a surprisingly good experience, especially since they began offering many more trading pairs.
