Exchangers requirements

The duration of the exchanger's operation in active mode is at least 6 months. If the exchanger has been operating for less than 6 months, a security deposit of 1000 USDT is mandatory.

Providing links to articles in media, other monitoring sites where the exchanger is placed (if available). Availability of a page and positive reviews on Trustpilot and/or other trust portals.

The exchanger's website must clearly define the terms of use of the service and the AML/KYC policy.

The exchanger's website should have prompt technical support via chat or telegram. The exchanger's manager or administrator should be available for constant communication with Scanbit managers with the ability to resolve customer issues promptly.

Availability of Ukrainian language on the exchanger website. Absence of currency pairs with RUB - we do not cooperate with exchangers represented in russia or somehow connected with the aggressor.

The exchanger's website should specify the current working hours of the exchange service.

Using an email address in the domain of the exchange service.

Exchangers must provide following Information:

Name of the service and link to the website.
Active work start date.
Brief description.
Country of origin.
Number of exchange requests per month.
Geography of requests and distribution by country.

Link to the XML file with rates (the template can be found at link).
Links to sections of the site where the rules of work are described in detail (AML/KYC, application processing time, etc.).

Administrator contact information: phone, Telegram, email (not associated with the site domain).
Owner contact information: personal phone, Telegram, email (not associated with the site domain).

Links to media publications, forums, and other monitoring where the exchange service is discussed.
